If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept non-sale items within 10 days of receipt for items in original condition.

STEP 1 - ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
Items must be in their original condition with the original packing.
SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items in bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and blankets) collections cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. All sales are FINAL for these items. No returns/exchanges.
Worn or used in any way, damaged, washed or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Any sale of item(s) purchased with a discount is final. Items on sale cannot be returned. This includes ANY discount.
STEP 2 - RETURN
If you've received faulty item or item in wrong size/color, once we receive your return we will issue a refund as store credit for the amount of return shipping cost that you've paid.
In all other cases, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning an item to our warehouse in China or the US (warehouse location varies according to product SKU.)
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
Make sure you use a postal service that ensures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
STEP 3 - REFUND / EXCHANGE
If your item is eligible for a return, simply email our support staff and return the item or items to our US or China warehouse (warehouse varies by product) under the condition that you are liable for any decrease in product's value resulting from the use of product in any way beyond necessary to get to know the character, features and functionality of the product within 10 days of package receipt by contacting support@silkandivy.com
You can expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days of your package return. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. You will receive the return payment to the card used during checkout or to your PayPal account if you paid with PayPal.
Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete addressed, is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender,” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the final mile carrier, we will notify you by email. Once the package is delivered back to us, our returns team will process it and refund the subtotal minus original shipping cost of your order.
A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility.
If the tracking number shows that the package is delivered to the wrong address you provided us, we are not responsible for any further actions.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
During a "free worldwide shipping" sale, orders that are returned back to us due to an incomplete or unknown address OR packages that are refused/return to sender will be refunded LESS what the shipping and handling charges would have been without the promotion.
LATE DELIVERY
Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated time frame, delivery dates are not guaranteed. We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time, but we cannot be held responsible for late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
If your tracking number has not been updated after 5 days it is possible this item is on backorder. In this case please message our support staff at support@silkandivy.com and we will attempt to expedite order or accept a cancellation.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours unless they were already shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours following payment. After 12 hours the packaging and shipping process has started and it can no longer be cancelled.
If your tracking number has not been updated after 5-8 days it is possible the item may be on backorder. In this case please message our support staff at support@silkandivy.com and we will attempt to expedite your order or accept a cancellation.

To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.
