Please be informed that orders are shipped internationally and may take between 9-28 days to arrive as stated on our product description. If your order has not arrived within 28 days of ordering please reach out to us and we will do whatever we can to assist you.

For all orders with the exception of our Serotonin necklace, tracking numbers should be updated within 5-7 days after your purchase. If you have not received your tracking information within that timeframe please contact us so we can pull up your order number.

For customers who ordered our Hope Serotonin Necklace, this necklace is our most popular item and is not shipped through the same fulfillment gateway as our other orders due to heavy volume and increased demand. Please be rest assured your item is shipped like all other orders within 5-9 days of ordering unless on backorder - for this reason tracking information is not automatically provided.
